  • At Sound Mind Elevation, the goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment for vocal coaching. The focus is on unlocking your full vocal potential while fostering self-connection, confidence, and self-expression.

  • Each session is personalised to suit your needs and aspirations. The approach is holistic, focusing on both technical skills and emotional well-being, in a safe and judgment-free space.

  • We currently accept payments through Venmo and PayPal.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Refunds are not offered for services already provided, as we strive to deliver the best possible experience during every session. If you have any concerns about your experience or need further support, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’re committed to ensuring your journey with us is positive and fulfilling.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session price.

  • Missed appointments without notice may not qualify for a makeup session. However, you’re welcome to reach out to discuss possible options.

  • If the coach cancels, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

  • Yes, gift certificates are available and can be redeemed for any service package. For more details, please contact us directly.
